Life that counts

While I know that our life here on earth is not permanent and that Christians are headed to God's kingdom, it seems too quick that my two Christian friends back in college are home with the Lord in third week of January this year. They were too young.... I am not trying to question God. Instead, I become more aware that my days are numbered here on earth. Any time, I can leave the planet earth. This prompted me to ask myself with questions such as, "What kind of life have I lived? or What imprints has my life impacted in the lives of others?" "Have I lived selfishly or selflessly?" May I live the way God designed my life to be in every step as I become sensitive to His leading. May Psalm 90:12 always be true to me when the psalmist said, "Teach us to number our days aright that we may gain a heart of wisdom." There is always something to behold in every circumstance.
