Life at work....

I was trying to encourage one of the clients to talk because I see in the client the potential of talking again. I keep saying, come on, I know you can talk and that you are intelligent. Then the client suddenly blurted, "Shot up!" :) :) :( :(......... Now I am confused if I should encourage that client to talk or gain the "prowess" of talking again:).
